Innovation team mentoring

Innovation is the process that combines creativity, vision, discovery, ingenuity, grit and perseverance to introduce new value in the commercial space. Chances for success are slim since there is so many potential obstacles.

Every year I am a mentor and a judge at Rotherberger Catalyzer. This is incredible fun. Last year my team won first prize. They worked hard make every effort ot push forward and had strong leadership

in 2018 my team won the first prize at Rothberger Catalyzer. Way to go!!!
